At Sollánd, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase and return the item(s) to us.
As a Norwegian company, we adhere to the Angrerettloven (Right of Withdrawal Act), which gives you a 14-day cooling-off period from the day you receive your package.
1. How to Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at Info@sollandofficial.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include your Order Number and the item(s) you wish to return.
Please note that the customer is responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning the item.
Return shipping costs are non-refundable.
We do not provide pre-paid return labels.
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service (e.g., Norgespakke or Helthjem) or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and we are not responsible for lost packages during the return process.
3. Condition of Items
To be eligible for a full refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it:
Unworn, unwashed, and unused.
With all original tags attached.
In its original packaging.
If the item appears worn, washed, or damaged (smell of perfume, smoke, makeup stains, etc.), we reserve the right to reject the return or deduct a fee for the loss in value.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse in Rælingen, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved: Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (Credit Card, Vipps, Klarna, etc.) within 5–10 business days.
Shipping costs: The original shipping cost of the order is non-refundable (unless the entire order is returned under the standard Right of Withdrawal rules).
5. Unclaimed Packages (Uavhentede pakker)
If you fail to pick up your package at the post office/collection point and it is returned to us automatically, this is not considered a standard return. In these cases, we reserve the right to charge a fee of 250 NOK to cover our shipping and handling costs.
6. Damaged or Defective Items (Reklamasjon)
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at Info@sollandofficial.com with photos of the defect.
In accordance with the Norwegian Consumer Purchase Act (Forbrukerkjøpsloven), if the product has a manufacturing defect, we will cover the return shipping costs and offer a replacement or a full refund.
